The Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials including a Keurig K-Cafe Cappuccino Coffee maker, Blender, Toaster and Crockpot. The island is a great place to gather for chips and dip. There is also new washer dryer, Iron and Iron board.

The first bedroom is opposite the hall bathroom. Great for kids, it has a new full over full wooden bunk bed, a make up vanity/desk, plenty of storage with a double closet and chest of drawers. This room also has a smart TV.
As a bonus, the full over full bunk bed also has a full trundle.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, chest of drawers, wall mounted smart TV and a large closet. This room also has direct access to the sun deck at the rear of the house.
The sun deck is a quiet sunny spot - great sunbathing or star gazing
